Outside of the internet, how often do you interact with Gen Z?

I don’t interact with them at all. I’m 37 and the youngest in my work group. MX and pilots are older than me. At my unit, we are all in our 30’s.

Unfortunately, I rarely talk to my niece and nephews.

I see young Airmen and Sailors every so often and always tell them, if you decide to get out, please have a plan. If not, stay in until you get one.
