And to be clear, nobody is out here defending Hardy.

and the other part of it....is if said woman attacked a police officer and got thrown onto something it is generally a non issue because most women will say she should not have put her hands on an officer.

so a man has to have on a police uniform to get basic human respect/decency? noone says they don't care if a woman put hands on an officer first....but when it comes to a common man he has to handle women much differently, which is intellectually dishonest as well.
