wow, surprised at how many people get panic attacks n stuff. i deal wid some forms of social anxiety, which no one believes cuz i go out a lot, have alotta friends, and am pretty social/popular. but sometimes inside im trippin da fk out.

out of curiosity,

for ppl that responded they have anxiety/panic attacks and stress,

what ya'll stress / panic about?

I'm pretty much with a clear state of mind, but sometimes I do this. I catch myself before it goes out of control. Just gotta stop thinking and focus on your breathing; gotta relax and let things take flight.

I get like this when I wonder about a chics ability to find me. I wonder if I didnt stick to the gameplan or blueprint. Did she see a receipt with my real name and address? Could she use maury to find me? Did that chic take a picture?

I used to smoke a lot of weed but I realized it was just making the problem worse.

I've found eating healthy and Exercise is the best solution for me, you can't over think everything after running 6 miles because you're too drained.

You just have to find what works for you, but Long term pharmaceutical use should be a last resort (bipolar here, no meds in two years).

I been off that overthinkin'/overanalyzin' shyt since I was younger.

I figured if it's a situation I have no control over as far as the way it progresses or the outcome, then there's no sense in stressin' myself out over it.

If I do have a hand in the outcome, all I can do is go hard and hope for the best.

Negative energy feels like poison and when you generate that shyt from within', it can be self destructive. So I always do whatever I need to do to stay positive and keep a clear state of mind.

Stay up brehs.

Yeah took me years till I finally learned to just roll with it.

If you haven't started smoking weed it is something you should try but just use it sparingly too much of anything is bad

I dont want to fukk with the dirt that nikkas be sellin cause they lace they shyt...Im cool on that. If I could grow my own then cool.

This is so true. I lived a normal life until I started my first job after the college. The pressures plus sedentary lifestyle fukked me up. I got an ear infection that made me feel dizzy all the time. When it was over i was paranoid that I was going to pass out at work everyday. The doctors said I was depressed/had anxiety issues and put me on Prozac. Worst decision ever. I quit that shyt cold turkey. I still struggle sometimes to this day.

I'm the same way. I'm always out and about, socializing, and I have a contagious smile. I dont have problems getting p*ssy either. shyt just randomly creeps up on me. Like I'll be driving home from the gym and be like "Somethings wrong... I can't breathe right. I haven't had an asthma attack since I was 10, what if I have one now? What if I pass out while driving?" etc.

I've tried it before w/o success but I'm about to REALLY look into meditation as an answer. If I can control my breath calm my thoughts I'd be able to accomplish so much more in life. :-/

Weed works for some but it can make others more anxious.
