I am like this. Put a road block in pretty much every aspect of life. Analyzing every single scenerio.

However what was a weakness turned out to be a blessing. Developed pretty much a science about everything in daily life, now every action i do has substance to it :win:

I go thru it a lil bit too. Especially with social interactions. But what is my saving grace is that over time I have developed a quirky Adrenaline rush/confidence.


In my mind its like (aafaudsogbaga a million thoughts) but no matter what I press the GO button when its time to GO.

It helps alot. I think too much like the rest of ya. But I dont let it hinder me or hold me back. Trust me brehs once ya start pressing the GO button more often in life shyt starts to look and get much better.


Its like you see a bad bytch but you start thinking (What if she have a man?,Am I fly enough,What about my breath, She's not even looking at me) But despite all those doubts and thoughts you still use a rush of Adrenaline to GO and step to her. And you eventually get the number :win:


So next time you are in a situation like you, you use your past one as positive reinforcement to keep pushing.

You need a positive statement to say everytime u think something negative but u gotta make sure its believable. And cutback on sugar, salt, and caffeine. I smoke weed medicinally, i only take 4 to 5 rips from a pipe every night. If i smoke too much it eventually catches up with me and i feel worse so u gotta be careful with weed like some other posters alluded too. Dont be hard on yourself either. I wouldnt recommend meds, they fukked me up. Live a positive and balanced lifestyle, this sh*t forces u to change the way u live but there aint nothin wrong with being disciplined

Lol @ weed being the answer some of y'all need God, better friends and physical/mental activities to train y'all mind. Stress kills and I bet more than half the things y'all stress about ain't even serious so stop.

IMO it happens to you because it IS you. This is an introvert quality. Rather than try to be like every other man spewing the first thing that comes to their mind :pachaha:, embrace it.

If you read einsteins biography, they thought he was retarded as a youth cause when they asked him something he took forever to answer. He said its cause he deeply contemplated an answer before he spoke.

There is a deeper reason behind everything, every social norm, every instinct. Most "just do it", but weve been blessed with the tendancy to get analytical about it, and not just following instinct.

just sit down, and THINK. Yea itll be harder than just getting drunk, but in the long run youll have social interaction, subconscious actions that both you and others do down to a science.

I did it and I can notice and pinpoint deep subtleties in people and why they do it, as well as "doing it" cause now i know why i did it and i can control my body language among any other subtle things ppl do. :win:

How bad can panic attacks actually be and what are they like esp in public?

Torture man its different from one person to the next but you can get cold sweats, lose your voice, get shaky, chest pains, nervous, short on breath, tunnel vision, diarrhea....the list goes on and on. And then u just end up feeling worn out and depressed. Its a vicious cycle
