I have no horse in this race but the combination of Burrow, Lamar & Allen have played in a combined 1 Super Bowl. There son has been playing in the same conference as Mahomes

Let’s leave Brady out of this—he’s the forever GOAT.
Mahomes is overrated if you rank him above Joe Montana or Peyton Manning. He’s on his way to a top-5 all-time spot, but no way he’s #2 yet. Montana had flawless Super Bowl runs, and Manning—despite his playoff struggles—has 5 MVPs and was the better QB to build a team around. Plus, Mahomes now owns two of the worst Super Bowl performances ever, which evens things out.
I do think Mahomes will eventually pass Manning since he’s got 7-8 more elite seasons left, but passing Montana? I don’t see it. He doesn’t play with the same cerebral power. Sure Mahomes will accomplish more than pretty much everybody else except Brady, but i still won't have him over Montana unless his game matures. I gotta see a growth in his game. I'm not seeing it. none.

He was outplayed by Purdy outside overtime. Scored one TD in regulation off a muffed punt where they had to go 16 yards.
