Farmers Markets here have the cheap bits for $7, better cuts for $9 per lb. If you deal with farmers directly you can get the good stuff for $6/lb

I remember when that shyt was on par with bacon ends damn near from a price standpoint... Oxtails were cheap and a staple in my household from like 5 years old to 12.... that’s when the low fat craze hit and Grandma started to believe oxtails weren’t healthy
