Yall love acting obtuse as fukk. Journalism has gotten people arrested before. Obviously they are not participating in crimes, but sometimes they uncover and expose shyt that people don’t want exposed. Clearly I’m not saying they are snitching/telling in a street sense. If your cousin exposed that you were cheating on your girl, you’re gonna call him a snitch.
Tranny lover shut your mouth. fukk your thoughts

Kudos to Pablo.

After watching all episodes this is relevant more than just Kawhi. It represents a time capsule of how fukking stupid as a society we have become

1- Bc of the ‘lol nobody cares’ crowd, and

2- Geez I had no idea Mark Cuban was so vapid. Wtf. It’s damn near saddening. Its one thing to argue with your homie and realize he ain’t too bright but seeing a billionaire speak in such bro-speak and can’t even articulate a point and use cliche internet level debate tactics is INSANE.

And this is a tangent but I just heard Marc Lamont hill speak at an event and he’s intelligent, well read af. Then you go back to see him on JBP dumb downed and debating w/ nggas who are on utter bullshyt . That’s where we are as a society. Instead of intellectually raising the bar or admitting someone else’s bar is above yours, just ridicule it/them and feign indifference.

The funny thing about these Marc Cuban interviews with Pablo is that Cuban is low key trying to warn Pablo about his investigative reporting
He's basically indirectly saying that Pablo's findings probably won't hold up in a court of law, and can easily be picked apart by an experienced Defense lawyer

- The 7 employees that gave him the details on Aspiration hiding a Kahwi deal
- The $200,000 fine Balmer got for tampering with Deandre Jordan to steal him away from the Mavs
- The press conference Steve Balmer did with Aspirations

Can all be explained away as baseless conjecture. And there's two glaring people that can be used as the reason for this scam. Joe Sandberg and Uncle Dennis. Pablo in the interview kept trying to appeal to the "well you know, it does seem suspicious" and "Well Balmer is a Billionaire so you know they do alot of evil things" when that's not the right language or proof to win a court ruling
Cuban is saying if you want to actually want to nail the Clippers or Balmer, come better than that

The findings pablo had and w/e the NBA finds doesnt need to hold up in the court of law. There is no court of law, just the NBA. The nba rules posted in this thread a couple times say it can be some circumstantial shyt. There is no need for a "smoking gun" if the NBA wants to act.

David Stern was a lawyer, and Adam Silver is also a Lawyer. The NBA operates in a legal environment, at least from past events
When Joe Smith and the Timberwolves got punished back in the early 2000s for cap circumnavigation, they used a Legal Arbitrator to hand down the punishments to the Timberwolves

So this won't be heard in a court of law:unimpressed:
