This doesn't violate the Collective Bargaining Agreement?

Teams coming out saying they wouldn’t sign him was so strange. It was obvious right then and there that something was going on behind the scenes. Those organizations should’ve never made statements like that, they exposed themselves

Besides, the NFLPA and players are too bytchmade to do anything about it anyways. If they really were serious about it, then all those QBs and other positions would stand together and demand fully guaranteed salaries.

Instead they'd rather talk about it on TV and social media while rushing to sign their deal as soon as FA opens.

How does this not violate the CBA?

It does. This is what the MLB players went on strike over in 1994 that got the playoffs cancelled. The only questions worth asking is if the players will nut up and strike over it and if they can find a judge to rule in their favor in the event of a work stoppage. If they’ll do this to at worst a top 2 quarterback in the league and one of its biggest needle movers, they’ll pull this on anyone. The union 100% cannot let stuff like this slide.

Pablo Torre and Mike Florio are doing great work proving that NFL owners were colluding through text messages to suppress QB salaries. This is the smoking gun to prove that NFL owners went out of their to blackball Lamar Jackson during his Free Agency. That was the only time in history when multiple teams went out of their way to announce they won't sign a Free Agent on the first day.

@Thavoiceofthevoiceless I told you about this collusion for years.

J.C tretter is the worst guy in this whole thing to me

Pablo Torre is doing what he can to piss everyone in all sports off. Good journalism. Hope someone dont come after him for doing all this digging.
If breh ain't careful, they're gonna discover his body in a Jollibee dumpster. I hope he maintains his journalistic integrity moving forward.

So what did the NFLPA get in return for doing the NFL a solid in helping to conceal that ruling?

Every NFL player should be asking their leadership that question as I'm going to assume that they didn't know about this.

Also, the NFL WILL NEVER LET LAMAR WIN A SB. The Ravens will be great this season, and something will strangely go left once the playoffs start. They are not gonna let Lamar be the face of the league.

So the NFL was behind this:ohhh:

They caused Lamar's injuries that didn't allow him to finish seasons when they were in first place?

They told Zay Flowers to fight for yards instead of going down or out of bounds and had him get injured on a tackle that kept him out of the playoffs?

They caused Mark Andrews to fumble and drop a 2pt conversion?

They caused Justin Tucker to miss kicks that kept them from getting home field?

There's a grand conspiracy to not allow Lamar to be the face of the league but they're cool with Mahomes and Hurts winning instead of a white QB like Josh Allen or Goff :mjlol:

The Ravens haven't won it all because they got beat and we all saw the reasons why on the field :camby:

Pretty consistent with how we've been treated since forever.

What’s gonna go left is the Ravens shytting the bed when the stakes are peaked. Sometimes it’s Lamar sometimes it’s some of the other nikkas on the team

Probably good favor in the next round of negotiations, knowing they know where a body is buried
