i never read VIBE back then (or ever) so i don't have memories of that specific interview.

i always heard he blamed BIG and cats thought Who Shot Ya was about Pac getting shot. the Bad Boy/DR beef started with some shyt about Suge's people killing someone at Puffy Party in ATL or something, as far as i can remember. not to mention Suge starting shyt at the Source Awards, and the personal beef with Pac & BIG had it's start earlier but Pac was clearly the guy who was pushing it, besides the media.

pac didnt blame biggie for the robbery. he was convinced that biggie knew it was going down but didnt give him the drop. and biggie's actions afterwards made him look even more guilty of what pac was assuming. its simple mathematics. even biggie's peoples say that biggie handled the situation improperly. he didnt go see pac in jail or contact him. he claimed he went to the hospital that night but they wouldnt let him see pac. that may be true, but what stopped him from going back when pac was in recovery? meanwhile, pac is in the hospital & in prison all shot up, and you know its mad people in his ear. you dont seek him out, but instead you drop a song called "who shot ya"? lol. alot of niccas wouldve got biggie touched. but lets paint pac as the bad guy cuz he made a diss record.
