I have to vote Pac cause he was the best to me so far, but Nas I rate extremely highly.
Different styles but Pac's emotion in his delivery might be the deciding factor to me. Like with Jay, back in the day it would have been Pac winning over Nas easy, but Nas has dropped a lot of good material since so wonder if things have changed now or not.

Nas is ill and very creative. But pac can do every type song nas does AND DO IT BETTER. Lyrically its a balanced battle. Add in pac's delivery and overall song presentation and he makes nas an afterthought and blatant loser. Songs like DANCE and I GAVE YOU POWER are ill lyrically. But songs like DEAR MAMA and ME AND MY GIRL FRIEND smashes these songs

Dear Mama is an incredible song, one of the best Hip Hop songs of all time in my opinion. I love Dance too, I could hear emotion in that from Nas.
You think though? I think rhyme scheme wise Nas is probably better.
I'm not sure Pac can attack tracks lyrically like Nas can, but obviously there's many aspects to being an artist.

like nas and pac to me are similar type of mc's obviously pac had more range because on top of making songs like me and my girlfriend and dear mama he made songs like califorina love.
I think Pac probably does the love songs better, even the aggressive shyt I hear more in Pac. Nas has some great stories though.

pac was more lyrical imo like he don't get enough credit imo pac im talking about when people discuss lyricism pac read alot of books so he had a vocabulary that was unmatched
like he had a ill rhyme structure in his rhyme schemes nas rhyme schemes at times can be boring and predictable
like u know where the rhyming syllable is going to land at and u also know the pattern of the rhyme schemes nas uses with pac it is unpredictable u never what u going to get from him it is refreshing imo
I love Pac as a lyricist, I don't think he gets enough credit definitely but I rate Nas as one of the best lyricists though. I know Pac was extremely intelligent and had a great vocab but did he use that consistently in his music?
I don't find Nas' rhymes predictable, I don't know what he's gonna say sometimes, I think he uses obscure words and different rhymes.
