It really depends on the community in question. But blacks should definitely have their own schools as well.
To my Steelers who had 2 bummy black QBs on their roster for almost 4 years with Leftwich and C.Batch
It's amazing how many white QB's can stay in the league and get chance after chance while black QB's gotta be lights out or they will be out of the league.
A lot of teams still believe black QB's aren't smart enough to handle a playbook.
Carson Palmer quit on football and is starting. Charlie Whitehurst is ass and is still playing ball. David fukking Carr has been given opportunity after opportunity to prove that he is a bust. Rex Grossman still balling out there. Matt Flynn can't throw a football but teams are still interested. Matt Cassel is terrible. So is Chirstian Ponder. Alex Smith has gotten more opportunities than anyone. Nikkaz have to fight and scrape for an opportunity and their leash is short as fukk. Look how quickly people turned on Vick. Troy Smith can't get any burn yet Matt Leinhart is out of football but getting calls? Biggest joke of all is Tebow. Aaron Brooks must be bitter as hell.

THe backup needs to be a guy thats gonna be a good locker room guy, and just know his role.

Black qb's are still getting chances. But there are just MORE white qb's so it seems that no blacks are getting the chances.
Teams can't afford to pick players based on Race... They just gotta go with who is gonna win
When the majority of quarterbacks coming out of college are white, the majority of NFL quarterbacks are gonna be white.
Dude has more INTs than TDs and not even a TD per start in his career. He can't complete passes consistently. He's not a guy you can plug in to your existing offense and expect good results. When you turn the ball over consistently, you're not going to keep getting chances.
He was an electric talent in college. He's hardly the only great college player to miss greatness in the pros.
