Manny has faster hand speed than Floyd.....just like a lot of other fighters as well. Floyd's defensive anticipation, reflexes, timing, and quickness is what allows him to dodge your punches and counter you with a straight right or uppercut. He's one of the best ever when it comes to that.

Floyd's the most accurate puncher in the sport, not the fastest puncher. Manny has the faster hands.

Manny is not some bum Floyd is gonna fight. Manny has a great resume and I don't even count the post 09 Manny since imo it's fraudulent and does not show his pure boxing genius. Against Cotto, Marg, Hatton, Clottey yes he won but that Manny was just a come forward bully. I will add that hios footwork is not great but okay. Ok enough to give anybody problems mixed with his difficult angles and fast hand speed. We need to just correct the casuals and question them until they're guided to the truth aka #theRing.

I've noticed since the fight has been made, people who screamed, "Floyd is scared" and "Manny will drop Floyd", are now saying how their money is on Floyd. Anyone notice this? Now the fight is made, Manny doesn't have as many "fans" anymore? And this is why I watch fights ALONE.

I doubt it, for one this has nothing to do with speed, maidana was one step ahead mentally, with the chess moves in that instant, which is a credit to garcia improving on maidana's understanding of the game

manny is manny, he makes zero adjustments, i wouldn't be surprise to see manny pressing the action in the beginning rounds and floyd having very little output, but after the third around is going to be complete domination, manny's not defensively responsible when he goes on the attack, unlike maidana is in that gif, because maidana has already thought the entire sequence in his head, and isn't endanger of being hit even if he missed the right hand

after seeing how much kahn has improved after leaving roach, it's hard not to place the blame on him for what's about to happen

what you say Maidana execute and completely nullify I might add is what is called a cross counter

he feinted with the jab, to lure mayweather into throwing, he has the right hand immediately ready to fire, and moves his head out of the way of any possible shot in case he somehow misses

it's fine boxing, but I wouldn't expect someone like you to understand, unfortunately for maidana it was the only time during the fight he had outsmarted mayweather
