Trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr. is looking for answers. He wants to know why Manny Pacquiao has been unable to score a knockout win since the late 2009 beatdown of Miguel Cotto.

For a couple of years, Pacquiao dominated several of the top names with a vicious streak of knockouts and one-sided beatings. Some believe Pacquiao has lost his killer instinct. Mayweather Sr. believes otherwise.

For years, Mayweather Sr. has accused Pacquiao of using performance enhancing drugs - at least during the period when the Filipino star powered past Erik Morales, David Diaz, Oscar De La Hoya, Ricky Hatton and Miguel Cotto.

The accusations forced Pacquiao to file a defamation suit against Floyd Sr. and other members of his family. There was a confidential settlement. That legal situation hasn't stopped Mayweather Sr. from speaking his mind.

"How in the hell did he beat Cotto up, stopped Cotto, knocked Shane Mosley down, beat Shane bad, stopped De La Hoya, stopped all these people, like I said, I’m talking about the top guys. yeah i mentioned it before..if there was any statement that khan wants to make that can change the course of his career..it would be a fight with brook..thats prolly the biggest fight that can be made in england with a backstory and title to boot...he let devon get away and porter got put on because of that...he has another chance to do this right if hes willing to risk it
