I do this one stretch where I put one hand behind my back over my shoulder, then put tha other hand behind my lower back and give mused a handshake and hold it for 30 secs
but I think this shyt is giving me shoulder pain brehs
I think some of these stretches might leave u prone to more injury

if u stretching to hard where it's painful, then ease up!
