Troopers said a semi-truck tried making a U-turn in an "official use only" area, causing a minivan to crash into the truck.

The driver, Harjinder Singh, has now been charged with three counts of vehicular homicide. Officials said he entered the US illegally by crossing the U.S.-Mexico border in 2018.

Yes I have personally seen this.

Anytime I have seen some Indibrehs doing dumb shyt behind the wheel it was behind some nondescript, usually run-down, rig they were driving from some other Indibreh who owned the truck and gave them a job. They never work for bigger companies bc they can't speak or read any English.

I worked with an Indibreh who could and he could drive though so there is a right and wrong way to do this.

I remember when this happened also. That company was hiring bullshyt drivers like what people who are on the road in this thread are complaining about. I remember hearing at the time the driver in this accident couldn't read the signs either but I don't know if it is true. But the company did hire drivers who fit the bill. He just is not one of them I am sure about.

I audit truckers with the state so far I’ve seen about 75% of them or Hispanic, Indian, or African immigrants. The other 25% are white men.

So far none of them had any hits on their records for reckless driving from what I seen.

On Wednesday night, January 30, 2019 at approximately 8:10 p.m., Yell County dispatchers received a 911 call reporting a bridge had collapsed on Dale Bend Road after an 18-wheeler drove across the old iron bridge.

Upon receiving the report, Yell EMS, the Yell County Sheriff’s Office, Yell County OEM, Ola Fire Department, Galla Rock Fire Department and Yell County Judge Mark Thone were dispatched to respond.

When emergency personnel arrived on scene, the made contact with the driver of the truck, Harjinder Singh, 35, of Corona, California, who was found to be out of the cab of the semi.The truck was determined to weigh approximately 40 tons and the old iron bridge on Dale Bend Road had a posted weight limit of six tons.

Was set to be deported way back in 2018 but claimed asylum. Also California passed a law in 2013 that gives drivers licenses to illegal immigrants

And was given a CDL driver's license by a blue state. And his work authorization was denied in September 2020 before it was granted by the Biden Administration in June 2021.

not the same person. Florida Singh is 28. The Singh in this article was 35 when this happened. Singh is one of the most common surnames in the world and Indians are overrepresented in Commercial driving.
