i dont know why anyone would need to help him with his resume, or find a job.. because, according to a bit of public info i just discovered:

- he was 24 in 2011
- he has a bachelors degree, or higher..
- but.. works building grounds keeping & maintenance..

not to mention- this dudes YouTube videos/beefs come up under all this sh!t, too.. no wonder dude cant get a job..

How did you discover this? nikka is 32 and on this bullshyt in 2019.

From what he explained his parents had him reallt late so they are actually elderly so God forbid when they pass, dude is really gonna be screwed. Maybe he has family who will take him in but who knows.

When I came on here with my real life problems I got mean shyt said to me but I worked on it and took it in stride bc I put myself out there like that and if he doesn’t want mean shyt to be said then don’t put your shyt out there then

I got Crohns, a marriage that went from bad to worse, but I stopped talking about those issues on here, been getting therapy and working thru my issues. Not making up shyt for daps and online approval. He might not want to hear it but if he implemented some of the shyt we say to him he would be in a way better place

Get a job ANYWHERE. Fast food. Wally World. First thing you can find.

Work the shyt out of the job. Look for things that need to be improved. Don't touch the ladies. Keep your feelings inside. Small talk. Don't get personal with anyone (this one is tempting like.hanging out with the fellas and shyt but you HAVE to insulate yourself from all bullshyt. Personal relationships are the number one vulnerable area). Be pleasant and enthusiastic.

Look for better jobs continuously. Maybe M W F take your lunch break to look through classifieds and send out applications

That about it. If you snag a better job, give the one you're at 2 week notice and always leave on good terms. Cause they can vouch for you later. As always, don't open the door for future problems by leaving behind people who are angry with you.

If you're not making 3% raise per year, you're actually losing money - cause of inflation. Therefore. You have every right to ask for a yearly review and a yearly increase if you meet the expectations outlined as the goals In your review.

If you do this you'll fukc around and get rich. At least have a decent job.
