The only thing I disagree with is the whole "Black women are the most educated demographic in the country" 🙄

That FALSE claim has been repeated for like a decade now and it's usually used to bash or put down Black men.

Lol ah man. You cats aren't serious about wanting actual change for the better, with really thinking it's a good thing women got "freedom".

Black women are the most "free" women in the West, and look at where the black "community" is currently at and will keep on going. They're "free" to do whatever the fukk they want and we can't tell them anything. If we do, we get shouted down by them, the filthy cacs that pump them up, and the simpleminded rockhead buffoons that will run interference.

So, the next time you bums are wondering why the black family is ruined, why the black woman has no respect for the black man, why the following generation of black children are so damn lost, etc. Maybe take a deeper look into whether our women being so "free" is playing a part or not.

So go back to the 19th century chattel slavery and indentured servitude status, to build back the black family. :aicmon:

You can't in one instance say, "Black women are the least protected" and in the other instance, "Black women don't need a man."

I said least married. Not least protected.

If they say least protected, I don't really know how this fits into the marriage discussion.

At a certain point you have to stop observing and make a prediction or actionable goal from those observations or you just wasted your time and could have made better use of it by watching paint dry.

I think they're gonna get exactly what they worked so hard for.

I feel the same way about people that voted for Trump, not to bring politics into it.

But she wanted an education, she did the work and she got it.
She wanted the big job, she did the work, and she got it.
She wanted the house, she saved her money, got the loan, and bought the house.

She's gonna end up 75 years old, with a house in her name, money in her retirement savings, and a community of women in the same position as her.

And that's what she worked for. That's what her entire life has been about.

Who are we to tell them that they are wrong for wanting what they want?

Those women are clearly lying. A lot of people will attempt to show you their best face as opposed to discussing their many failings in life, especially if they are around seemingly "successful" people.

Even if you're right about them lying to all of us about how happy they are with all of their GFs at Brunch, she's not going to change her behavior.

Monday rolls around, she's gonna get ready for work, and get back in the car...

And, I disagree with the idea that because a woman is good at playing politics, getting a job, she could translate that into a marriage. Marriage takes a certain amount of selflessness. It takes dedication and sacrifice. Climbing the corporate ladder isn't the same as creating a strong family.

Maybe, maybe not.

But we see what a lot of women are doing.

They could put their energy into finding a man, and holding that man down - and they choose not to.

Maybe if perfect man were to fall from the heavens and do everything perfect, she might choose differently - but even then she reserves the right to change her mind.

That's freedom.

it's not that women have more options vis a vis marriage, they have more options for survival. marriage is no longer the primary way for a woman to ensure a decent life.

it's also true that women tend to engage in community more than men and typically do not truly "die alone" the way many old men do.

The real crux is boiling a man down to money, which seems to happen a lot online. A man is worth more than money. I don't care how many degrees she has. Material relationships destroy the concept of community unless the community is solely focused on material possessions.
Men are the ones who promote that they are 'providers'...it's a self inflicted problem.

Sadly a lot of woman do boil a man down to what he can do for her.

The man is a bankroll, a servant, mechanic, computer tech, carpenter, installer.

In some cases he's just a human dildo or sperm provider.

A lot of women dehumanize men and see them as objects and not as people

It's rarely discussed in polite circles, but a lot of the discussion about the "Marriage" problem is that "men aren't measuring up" because they aren't going to college and making money.

That's how women view men, and that's what society is promoting.

It is what it is.

He literally names 3 things that weren’t always options for women that ARE now easily accessible…

Higher Education
Bank Accounts
Credit Cards

Imagine living without the opportunity to have those things

He’s didn’t say women are making better decisions or that they are better off without men. More options doesn’t always mean success. Sometimes it just results in new ways to fail. But you still have more options.
The problem is those talking points aren't fact checked and just regurgitated talking points.

First of all there was never any official law banning women from any of those.
As for higher education, people think 50 years ago was like 1905. 50 years ago was 1975 and by the 70s college enrollment and attendance was about 50/50 men and women. Since then women have had the higher count.

If you look at data with the ECOA and research done, women and men were being approved for banks accounts, lines of credits and loans at similar rates. The issue was with applying. There was discrimination against women and black men that deterred applying. Many liberal areas did not do this however.

So I get what breh is trying to say, but his talking points are based in the early 1900s like everybody else.

You're a legit peon and have no real idea of making things better besides ranting and raving about cacs or nergoes who don't fall in line to achieve the mystical fairy tale idea of "black solidarity" and "equality".

Goofy ass clown.

I hate when that is said because we tend to focus on the small percentage of black women that are doing well and ignore the majority.

It blows my mind how nobody is paying attention to the fact that black women have the highest eviction rates in the US, especially with children.
We also ignore that the average black women makes $30K/yr.

But we focus on the corporate "baddies" and say "Black Women Are Winning!"

im just talking survival and a decent life, not thriving and winning. women can now use welfare, entrepreneurialism, or professionalism to sustain themselves. in much of american history, women had neither of those as a viable option.
