The chief of the NRA talking about Democrats being taken over by socialists (I wish) and throwing every ism out there (sexism, racism, xenophobia). I know we're talking about folks that are full of shyt but it's definitely annoying to hear the same smear of the left used in '16 (that is still used now) also being used by them.
But I hope folks on the left don't run from the label ( socialist ) once elected in these midterms.
That smear was started by the right after the Russian revolution after WWI.
I mean I'm not surprised that it's a common thing done throughout history. It was just annoying seeing that same exact thing last election cycle by folks supposedly on the left (aka the center) That's all I'm saying.
