David Hogg, a Florida high school student who survived last week’s deadly mass shooting, responded to right-wing conspiracy theories claiming he is a “crisis actor” calling it “unbelievable” and adding that “the fact that some of the students at Stoneman Douglas High School are showing more maturity and political action than many of our elected officials is a testament to how disgusting and broken our political system is right now in America.”

there is no need to aim from target to target when you are shooting into a crowd of people.
auto fire has no draw back...you don't have to worry about being fired back upon because there is no fire to suppress.
it's literally fish is a barrel.
defenseless people that cannot justify "suppressing fire" levels of offensive might.


perhaps this weapon in it's auto form is not a great tactical advantage on the battlefield.
but it is over the top deadly even when it is only semi-auto and used on civilians who are not prepared for an attack with such a weapon.

now throw the bump stock into the mix and you have a weapon is made for just what it has done.

Okay, I don't see where we disagree. I literally have said in all of these posts that I don't think bump fire stocks should be obtainable, and I think that full auto weapons should only be reserved for military applications.

I'm just trying to figure out where we disagree, other than that I think semi-auto is more deadly than full-auto in most circumstances.

I said the exact thing you're saying on my last post in this thread. I also doubled down and took it one step farther and said that semi-auto weapons are as big or bigger of a problem, and I wish we could find a solution.

Do we disagree on anything substantial to the conversation? Are you for better gun control generally? I am. So, Unless I'm missing something then I don't think we have a substantial disagreement.

in warfare i can't imagine there are many times when you are firing into a crowd of people.
every mass shooting in america was aimed at crowds of people.
in this circumstance an automatic weapon would no doubt be deadlier than a semi-auto.

if the vegas shooter did not have the bump stock he would not have killed as many people.
if any other of the mass shooters had fully auto AR-15s they would have killed more people.

I think that there will be at least 5-7 more “mass school shootings” before mid terms, and about 70 more dead kids. It is too late now to prevent what is coming, too much access for way too long, they let the NRA dictate policy for too long, they got way too extra with taking that NRA money, now they have to play in thier fukking mud, the filthy fukking pigs. Obama proved we can still thrive in this country while still funding social programs, and regulating things that are bad for our country, and have predatory practices.
