Frankly I’m a little surprised Trump’s plan is so half cocked. Why not open DOJ funding of surplus military equipment to the Department of Education and then have them disburse M-4s and hand grenades to teachers. If they want more defensive weapons then perhaps land mines for the perimeter of the school and claymores for classroom doors.
