    You can't look at it like that. It's not about him being a top 10 or 15 player. It's about how much he is worth to THE RAPTORS. and right now, they can't afford to lose him. You already lost Kahwi. One thing I like is that Masai is taking care of his players. The Lowry extension and now Pascal. Free agents look at that stuff.

    Masai has to hit a home run in the draft. But you can't really say Toronto can't get free agents. Even though Kahwi and Vince wanted to leave, there's players who like Toronto and wanted to stay.
