Nicolas Vincent Flattes is the latest foreigner found dead in the vicinity of Aburra Valley. His death is of major concern to Colombian authorities as 27 deaths of foreign tourists have already been reported in the Aburrá Valley this year.

The Aburra Valley Metropolitan Police said 25 of them were found in Medellin. A man identified as Leon Victor Dean, 59, of the United Kingdom, was found dead in his hotel room in the neighborhood of El Poblado in Medellin on January 5. He was discovered dead in the jacuzzi of his room.

Leon was about to get some action and climaxed to the upper room.

Two naked women and a Colombian man were reportedly found unconscious in the same room alongside several bottles of alcohol, cigarettes, food and drugs.

He was found dead in a third-floor room of a hotel identified as Hotel Luxury in an upmarket area of the city of Medellin, known as El Poblado, which is home to fashion boutiques and high-end restaurants.

The grim discovery came a week after an American was found dead in a jacuzzi in an apartment in the same swish neighbourhood of El Poblado, south of Medellin city centre.
