I am completely not on the same page as the iwc on this one. Don’t understand the outrage for this main event at all… to me this is just Mania 39 all over again. People acted like like Roman winning was the end of the business and it paid off great. No it wasn’t perfect but I legit don’t understand most of the complaints, besides Cody getting his lick back on Travis.

First and foremost I think the main reaction is it was a bad match with no drama, bad finish, bad looking work.

The rest, well Rock made it clear there wasn't a plan until he was asked to step in and create something, he does, they don't go with it, and then clearly didn't have anything for the feud or some big master plan. Whatever the big plan was was thrown out for the EC angle with nothing planned going forward. 6 weeks to have Cena cut the same promo 3 times, 1 physical interaction, and no mention of or involvement of the Rock (the instigator of the entire angle).

Bad build, bad match. All while HHH is out there doing media telling the fans to fukk off because he's the one that works them, not the other way around while knowing he had no fukking plan at all

The Summer months will be interesting. They have the pieces on the roster to make some good stories, if Heyman has heavy involvement in the Seth/Bron shyt then I'd expect all of that to be good. I don't know about Cena's run..

And the story was there, Cena is in his final year, he has not won a match in years, the desperation causes him to abandon his ideals, he doesn't feel Cody is worthy, he wants to recrate the PG era. The Rock was not needed at all.

This is why I called him losing the Rumble and thought the Chamber win was weird.

I think John should've turned on the Chamber winner...maybe Punk. And they someone brought The Rock in to force Cena into a triple threat and John pins the Chamber winner and him and Cody have a blow off at SummerSlam.

Even with The Rock's appearance at 'Elimination Chamber' I think the final attendance was about 37,000. The Skydome holds at least 65,000 for wrestling. I'm sure the prices on the tickets had something to do with it too but some of the booking wasn't hittin.

Rocks idea seems more like a power move than anything. The Final Boss getting Cody to turn evil puts Rock over.

But ultimately they were right to turn it down. Regardless of how Mania played out, you're asking to turn your most over pure babyface, that doesn't get booed, that does all your Mania. What even Cena and Roman couldn't be as far as getting universally cheered. The guy they gave Roman's title reign to. Turning him after a year would've been stupid.

Use it as a clutch to for the heel turn and start the Rhea feud. Once we find out that Bianca was okay with the push, Jade is going to be outnumber 2-1 so this could lead to Rhea helping Jade against Naomi and Bianca. We all seen how they was going at it with each other at WM so this will give Rhea more incentive to start the fight against the EST. Naomi and Jade can still go at each other and once the Rhea/Bianca feud is done, then do Bianca/Jade.
