Riley didn’t care about no asterisk in 06 when Wade was being escorted to the line and they suspended Stackhouse a game for a flagrant on Shaq that was weaker than AD’s elbow in the Finals
At least Pat is keeping the same energy that all y'all had with Kyrie/Love in 2015.
if there is an asterisk it ain't got shyt to do with their injuries.
Thing is, you could argue the Heat benefitted greatly from the bubble. They were bad all season long prior to the suspension when playing in front of road crowds. One could definitely question whether they win 3 series without homecourt in a normal setting to even get to the Finals.
But they were handed the same cards as everyone else in the restart. The point though, is that opening up asterisk talk is a slippery slope for Riley.
