Where's "bytch Made" in the Harvard Business Review?

You dudes are emotional as fukk with zero business acumen.

Ol "He a Free Agent but still has a superior" ass niqqa.

Still ain't own up to that slave mentality comment.
The hard truth of it all is that we all have a superior until we make it to the absolute top, which LeBron is not at yet.

Are you implying that LeBron has good business acumen? Because he clearly doesn't, in fact a case can be made that he has BAD business acumen because he ALMOST burned bridges with 2 BILLIONAIRES in the process of free agency. LeBron has the leverage right now because he is in his athletic prime, but he really needs to clean up the way he conducts himself in these situations. There is a lot to be said about being up front when it comes to sharing your thoughts and plans and not this last minute shyt that he has pulled off twice already. The Miami Heat basically drafted and gave Shabazz Napier a $10 million dollar contract based on what LeBron said on Twitter and surely some conversations behind the scenes.

Bron was a Free Agent. How the fukk do you have a superior when you are free?

:mindblown:

Not even bothering with the rest of that stuff because that's your opinion. But you are factually WRONG in saying the above

What the fukk does he have to thank Riley for? .... Bron\Wade engineered those signings........ Damn yall love them folks too much

It's a saying nikka :dead:

He could've said anything he wanted. Just be a man and say something rather than run with your tail between your legs

You know what....I'm done....it's been two days now. If you defend what Lebron did, you're a hoe nikka too....point blank

nikkas are terrible in here :scust:

Lebron is a digital muthafukka :wow: He makes moves that are always 2 steps ahead.

Riley told the world him and his wife were having a daughter when Bron wanted to keep that shyt private..

Riley didn't seem to mind that he bounced on Cleveland when the situation was not to his liking. That's why that whole situation is :mindblown: to me.. Why would Riley underestimate Bron :what:

He didn't realize that Bron is on some other shyt and will not be dictated to be anyone.

He played out his deal and left bottom line.

Meh, it's still a shytty way to conduct yourself. The organization made a $10 million dollar commitment to someone because it was basically implied that he would be going back. It comes across as disingenuous which is a huge turnoff in the business world when a level of trust was built over the course of 6+ years (2 years prior to arriving, 4 years during).

For those saying LeBron and Wade engineered themselves to that situation...yeah they were a part of the plan that OWNERSHIP had to sit on moves for a few years to pull off. Acting like this was all LeBron/Wade/Bosh is nowhere near the truth of it all.

Oh and about the "superiors" comment, LeBron potentially has 30 "superiors" that he must adhere to. I understand that there are contracts and he fulfilled his part of the 4 year deal, but coming across as disingenuous is one of the worst offenses you can pull off especially after an entire organization put themselves in a position for a couple of years before your arrival to give you the opportunity to accomplish a mission you set out to do. LeBron and a handful of others are the ONLY ones that can pull that kind of shyt off.

Nah....you don't have to be up front....be shady, misleading, unreachable and unreliable

It is absolutely the truth.... And what moves did they sit on that could have potentially generated the revenue and 4 championship appearances that came with Wade\Bron and Bosh....

If would be bad business to not sit on whatever potential moves they could have made in anticipation for Bron and Bosh;;; Its Big Business, and there will be some calculate risks involved....... and the Heat organization came out like fat cats on the other side

No...no it is not. The Miami Heat basically sat still for those years to be in a position to have $48 million dollars free on their books to be able to pull this off. The Miami Heat GAVE those 3 the opportunity to play in their ideal situation. What were LeBron/Wade/Bosh going to do if Miami did not want to take that risk? Start the Akron Heatles and play in the eastern conference if Miami did not do their part? Get real.

We were not in those rooms, but I would be willing to bet that the conversations were to stay together for more than 4 years to bring the Miami Heat a dynasty for a decade+...not this shyt. Again, I think Riley needs to get over it. But giving LeBron a pass for being the disingenuous cat that he appears to be is kinda silly.

You know what bugs me out about white privilege you dudes play a part of.....Pat Riley is the current President of the Heat.

Left the Knicks under shytty terms but seems to be ok where he's at in life right now. But Bron does what you guys deem as similar and it hurts his business standing and future. HIM.

Yall don't even see how much privilege yall give these "superiors" in white skin.

I'm trying to figure out your "reputation" angle. How does this hurt Lebron in ANY way. With his standing with the players?

Did Riley's departure with the Knicks and how he went about it hurt him in any way?
Did I say it did? Or did I say it's a bytch move to ignore phone calls from someone you professed love to for the past 4 years

That's my one and only point. You knew for years you was leaving. Be a man and say so. Or be a man and say I'm not talking to you. Don't go tell the media to go tell him. What kind of female, post a status on fb but won't call you, gotta avoid him at parties cause you nervous around him, type of bytch shyt is that

"Hello. Pat I'm leaving. Bye"

"Hello. Pat I'll call you back don't call me. Bye"

"Hello. Pat you a bytch. fukk you"

Be a man
