Yet Riley can leave the Knicks the way he left them and still do alright for himself. Bron can't though.

What is so hard to grasp about it being unprofessional?
When did I say what Riley did to the knicks back in the mid 90's ok?You know what bugs me out about white privilege you dudes play a part of.....Pat Riley is the current President of the Heat.
Left the Knicks under shytty terms but seems to be ok where he's at in life right now. But Bron does what you guys deem as similar and it hurts his business standing and future. HIM.
Yall don't even see how much privilege yall give these "superiors" in white skin.

The Miami Heat basically sat still for those years to be in a position to have $48 million dollars free on their books

So they're not businessmen now? Ask them if they wuold play for free. Most players in the NBA don't come across as good business men either, of COURSE they want to play alongside LeBron James because it would elevate their status even if they are just a role player.
Not the point, the point is that they took those guys for their word and stuck with the plan to see it through. What prudent moderate to large market NBA teams don't dump salaries for an opportunity to acquire big time free agents?
How long you been watching the NBA?

If LeBron would have been have been white, then he wouldn't have received this much heat for this BS. so It comes from somewhere.
Breh you are getting way too emotional over this, you still haven't been able to counter how what LeBron did show any indication that he has good business acumen. He is in a privileged position because of his physical talent and his results on the court, not because he was able to orchestrate contract deals like a Darelle Revis has for most of his career. The Miami Heat had JUST as much to do with the situation in Miami as did LeBron/Wade/Bosh did.Chastising fades away. did it hurt Riley? NO.
So they're not businessmen now? Ask them if they wuold play for free.
Stop it man.
You basically admitted that you have no counter argument.Corrected for accuracy
Classic coli playbook. When your argument fails, make it an argument about raceCorrected for accuracy

At best he just comes across as someone who can't sit at the table and air out his feelings and at worse shows how disingenuous he really is. Which one is it? Because good business man is NOT one of them.
