dumb ass lakers management for wanted to start a 2 center front with no spacing :heh:

Pau was traded for CP3 before fakkit ass :smugstern: blocked it. Lakers management knows he's ass now. They're probably already looking around to see what they can get for Paussy. But blaming the Lakers for starting a career PF at PF is retarded ass logic. If you can't play your position anymore then that's on you. This is the same clown that made a youtube video thanking the org for not trading him right after the deadline in February. :snoop:

Pau may not be what he was in 2009 but he's still a damned good player. He was beasting in the Olympic games like it was nothing.

The Lakers problem is they have not put him in a position to suceed since Jackson left. Pau adjusted last season and he still averaged 17 and 11 while shooting 50%. He can hit Js but thats not his bread and butter. Mike Brown and now D'Antoni have no idea what the hell they are doing. Speaking of which, the Princeton offense was working for Pau really to start off THIS season... if they had stuck with it, he'd probably be putting up his career averages with more assists until he started to get hurt.

Its fine to start Pau/D12 together but they have to play Pau with the 2nd unit at C in the 2nd quarter and have Pau out there at C in the 4th quarter once teams get the Lakers into the bonus. That'll eliminate hack-a-Howard if you sit him until the 3 mins where they can only do it on perhaps two posessions.

Pau has been a victim of subpar coaching. He was never mad athletic, never quick, but he was and still is highly skilled.

His motivation and his soft complex is another issue but I think coaching supercedes that right now and he needs to sit till he is healthy.

2 seasons ago Jackson had him playing huge mins to start the season and he was beasting with Bynum out... people even had Gasol in the MVP conversation in late 2010-early 2011

:whoa: in that same season he was putting up numbers, a player can't fall off THAT much in the span of 3-4 months. I think its mental and not giving a shid after getting 2 rings :manny:

This summer he was motivated and he put up numbers :leon: playing at a high level

32 years old AIN'T THAT OLD for a big man, especially for skilled ones who never relied on athleticism and overbearing the opposition with brute strength

So he can't play for Phil in 2011 to the point of Phil physically putting his hands on him

Can't play for Mike Brown

Can't play for Mike D'Antoni

Yea, the problem isn't Pau. If you can't play for 3 different systems, it's you. Dude is trash and :flabbynsick: . Boozer > Pau.

nikkas don't remember that if they didn't get Pau as a gift from the logo :childplease: would stll be stuck on 3 rings..

How was pau a gift?

Lakers gave memphis marc gasol, darrell arthur and the cap space for zach randoloh in exchange for pau

Yall are gonna stop acting like memphis didnt make out like bandits in that deal

Kobe woulda got rings with bosh, amare, boozer, etc

Kobe made pau.

And he woulda got at least one ring, prolly not two

If that's the case why do laker stans always act like Mitch is this mythical creature who pulls miraculous deals out of his ass. Y'all was worshiping dude for seemingly hustling teams.

But know since it doesent for your argument, the lakers were the team that got robbed in the deal.:stopitslime:

numbers sometimes lie

if you watched dude play that that season after January.

BINGO!!! I remember that season crystal clear. Pau fell the fukk off after the first of that year(Jan 2011). We(Lakers fans) couldn't understand what the fukk was goin on. I kept saying he'll snap out of it, but he never did. And he has been ass ever since. Phil didn't know what the fukk was going on either, that's why he felt the need to put hands on hi m and call him out through the press on a regular basis that year.

so y'all don't like Pau, he's :flabbynsick: overpaid, emotionally unstable and out of position, yet y'all the sun, moon and stars back in return for him in a trade?

The fact that Mitch had gotten CP3 and somehow was going to get us cap relief too was amaziing. That's when his trade value was at it's peak. I can only speak for me, after that fell through I was willing to trade straight up with Houston for Scola and Dragic/Lowery. Now I would honestly take Josh Smith, I don't think that's unfair trade at all.
