Overall stats:

Pau Gasol: 18 ppg, 11rpb, 47% FG, 72% FT, 2bpg
Kyrie Irving, 27ppg, 4apg, 46/40/93 shooting splits

Games 5-7

Pau Gasol: 16ppg, 14rpg, 41% FG, 63% FT
Kyrie Irving: 30ppg, 52% shooting, hits the biggest shot in Finals history in Game 7

Kobe in game 7: 6-24
Lebron in Game 7: 9-24

Cleveland down 3-1 in the series, G5 is tied at halftime.

G5 (elimination game) 2nd half stats:
Lebron 16pts on 50% shooting
Kyrie 23pts on 63% shooting

G5 (elimination game) 4th qtr stats:
LeBron: 5 pts on 27% shooting
Kyrie: 12 pts on 55% shooting

Somehow Pau Gasol saved Kobe, yet Kyrie was just riding Bron's coattails. :unimpressed:

Anybody still saying Pau "bailed out" Kobe while shooting 12-30 over the last 2 games needs to kill themselves.

Five star thread. Kyrie went head to head with the first unanimous mvp of the league, averaged almost 30 points, hit the game winning shot, yet gets called a loser by the ku klutch klan. Kyrie was infinitely better than pau was during any finals, yet the thought of him even receiving one vote is egregious to LEgbtqia.

Y'all are going out sad man....

Going out sad is ignoring facts to denigrate a dead man

Continuously saying Pau bailed out Kobe just for the comedy of it is pathetic, there's NO credible basis for it, there's absolutely no basketball logic to conclude Pau did more in 2010 than Kyrie did in 2016

Yall are fukking sad, Kobe and Kyrie dropping 30 game after game is "sidekick riding coattails" yet somehow Pau playing like straight ass on offense, scoring mid-teens points, and clanking FT's is enough to take a whole title away from Kobe.

You be playing both sides though, fakkit.

Look at the G5 stats

elimination game, literally outplayed Bron in the 2nd half and 4th qtr.

But nah, Pau Gasol putting up stat lines like 15pts, 5-15 shooting and 5-12 from the FT line is superhero shyt.

All these p*ssy nikkas wanna do is throw out bullshyt, rally around it, troll, etc.

Kyrie Irving hit the biggest shot in NBA history on Steph Curry. Bron stans never give him credit :mjlol:

Hit the biggest shot EVER, dropped 40+ in one game, carried scoring loads in 4th qtr's on elimination games, yet he was just lucky to be there while Bron carried him.

But nah, Pau scoring 17ppg and shooting 40% off mid range shots means he saved Kobe. Ron Artest hitting a 3 pointer after Kobe gave us the lead mean he saved Kobe.

Why would u do this :why:

Bron had 41/16/8 on 54% shooting.

That’s literally one of the GOAT finals game ever played

Y'all don't get tired of arguing the same shyt? :mjtf:

This specific thread has never been made iirc, I checked :yeshrug:

No arguing needed, someone needs to give a logical breakdown of how 2001 Kobe and 2016 Kyrie were "carried" yet 2010 Pau saved Kobe.

Why would u do this :why:

Bron had 41/16/8 on 54% shooting.

That’s literally one of the GOAT finals game ever played

Because those are the facts, bytch ass nikka. 2-7 on 5 pts while Kyrie put up 12 pts on good efficiency. In the biggest qtr.

Bron scored most of his in the 1st half when the game was tied, Kyrie scored most of his in the 2nd half when the win was secured.

Pretty comparable really. Kyrie was actually out of his mind though, more than pau. Best teammate Bron ever had.

games 5-7
Pau Gasol: 16ppg, 14rpg, 41% FG, 63% FT
Kyrie Irving: 30ppg, 52% shooting, hits the biggest shot in Finals history in Game 7

what is "pretty comparable" about this? Mind you Pau only had 14rpg in those last 3 games because BOTH teams were struggling at shooting.

There's nothing comparable about Kyrie going BONKERS scoring wise on high efficiency and hitting the biggest shot ever and Pau bricking close range shots and clanking FTs in big moments. Oh but he hit the boards though.

Stop it.
