No. That was in regards to your claim that Lebron has this heavy duty scoring/playmaking role when their are others on the team. And I can tell you are some b-ball stat reference clown who doesn’t watch games. Of course they just jumped they smashed the hawks by 50. There defense isn’t as good as advertised, especially if Paul isn’t on the floor and their bench playing heavy minutes for offense
You claim that I'm not watching the games, and then you claim that LeBron doesn't have a heavy scoring/playmaking role because Rondo, Bradley, and Kuz are on the team? :what:

How would giving up 101 to the Hawks make the Clippers defensive rating jump up significantly? Take out the 130-point games they gave when missing most of their elite defenders against the Bucks (no Kawhi or PG13) and Pelicans (no Kawhi or Beverly) and they'd have one of the best defensive ratings in the NBA.:skip:

And what the hell kind of point is, "Their defense isn't as good when one of their best defenders isn't playing"? Well no shyt, that's why they're going to play him. :mjlol:

How would watching more Clippers games tell you how good the Clippers defense is going to be with Beverly, Kawhi, and PG13 starting when that lineup hasn't even been on the court yet? :childplease:

Man I hope but these last two seasons got him looking funny in the light :francis:

He hasn't been healthy the last two postseasons. Dude fixed his shoulders and if he can sustain health throughout the season I don't see why he doesn't have a great postseason.

So you hop on stats and have no clue about point differential :laff: Good to know. First off let’s get Beverly out the way now. Dude is an overrated hack who hurts their offense. He never shuts down any top point guard. Even westbrick shoots well against him. Second, for as good as Leonard(who’s slipped on defense due to more scoring/playmaking duties but that only applies as a criticism to Bron huh) and George are individually, you still gotta account for Zubac(who sucks and can’t play more than 15 a night) Lou(can’t guard a fly) Harrell(awful pnr defender) patterson(who is good every 11 games) green(can’t defend). A big part of the raps success last year was long front court like Gasol, Siakam, ibaka troubling Embiid, Giannis, etc? Who is the equivalent on the clippers? So lobby all the criticism you want but don’t act like the clips are a shoe in.

And it ain't like PG13 hasn't been extremely battle-tested either. This is a guy who was Indiana's #1 option for multiple postseason runs and who battled tough through back-to-back ECF showdowns against LeBron's Heat.

Kawhi and Bev are obviously playoff-hardened too. Lou Williams is the one with the spottiest playoff history, but he was pretty good last year against the Warriors. I think the biggest questions for them are just whether their chemistry will come together with all the new guys missing games (are there enough shots for Lou/PG13/Kawhi/Harrell to spread around while staying on top of their games, especially when you might want defensive lineups in there at times?) and what they do at defense at the center.

I have no clue about point differential? No one was talking about point differential fool. We were talking defensive rating, which isn't based on point differential at all.

Beverley is one of the top perimeter defenders in the NBA whether you like it or not. No one "shuts down" any top point guards by themself, but Westbrook is a career 39% shooter (26% from three) against Beverley in the playoffs so you're clearly full of shyt. And what Bev does on offense is irrelevant to how good of a defender he is, but last year he shot 40% from three for the season after an early-season slump so there's no reason to think he won't get it together this season. The last two postseasons he's balled out as a sniper in the playoffs with pretty decent playmaking too so you can't dismiss him like that.

Yes, Kawhi's defense DOES slip when he has increased scoring/playmaking duties, when did I say that only applies to LeBron? However, on a Clippers team with Lou, Bev, PG13, and Harrell he doesn't have to be taxed like that, he's not the primary playmaker and there's 3 different guys who can create their own shot at an elite level (and create shots for Harrell) so he ain't going to need to be relied on to score as much as he was in SA and Toronto. Kawhi should be fresher this season than he has been in years.

Lou ain't a good defender at all but with Bev/Kawhi/PG13 out there he can be hid on the worst perimeter player - against the Lakers there are numerous guys they can stash him on (Bradley or Rondo or KCP, for example) who aren't going to burn him like that. Patterson is a good defender. Green will barely be playing once everyone is back on the court because Harrell, Patterson, and PG13 will all see time at PF. The only weakness is at center, and it remains to be seen whether Zu will continue to develop (Lakers fans keep killing themselves over not having him anymore) or whether the Cilps look to pick up someone else to defend the rim for 10-15 minutes a night.

Point differential and margin of victory factors in defensive rating. Im not reading the rest of your paragraphs cause frankly IDC. Good day

No they don't. :mjlol:

Defensive rating is strictly the # of points scored per 100 possessions played. Point differential and margin of victory play NO factor in that whatsoever.

Way to admit that you've literally just been making shyt up this whole conversation. :hhh:

But AD is out looking like a monster and Bron is playing his most inspired ball in a long time. We'll see what happens

Bro always trying to beat people into submission with dissertation length posts. :mjlol:

Brevity is a plus sometimes.
He literally just lied, multiple times. I could very briefly tell the truth but then how would you tell which was the lie and which is the truth? I already provided the brief response in the earlier comment, since he tried to counter that with a bunch of false statements I had to make a longer response.

As long as fools gonna be dishonest on here then it's gonna take space to explain how they're being dishonest. :manny:

If we lose it’s either cuz we was injured or they truly were the better team. I won’t be mad at that gotta accept it. But we good to go, all this clipper scammin got me even more assured.
