BX, NYC
AND PG WAS THE NUMBER 1
ON 1ST RD EXIT PACER TEAMS...

THOSE ECF PACERS TEAMS
WERE BALANCED WITH NO NUMBER 1.

HE WASNT NUMBER 1 IN OKC
NOR LAC.
So PG didn’t average 28 points per game in OKC?

Indy was just balanced PG wasn’t averaging 23 a game? PG wasn’t having his best defensive seasons in Indy and wasn’t one of the catalyst of their league best defense. PG was a legit DPoY candidate, all Klay do is slide his feet with effort and body up, got you boys fooled. :mjlol:

A man plagued by being stuck in that great category on decent teams who run into buzzsaws, he never jumps into that elite category, he’s a bring the lunch pail max out his talent kind of guy, the ankle injury has taken some of his former sting, but he’s more than capable of being your number 1.5-2 guy, i think a lot of nikkas heap so much pressure on him he feels he has to play outside of himself instead of letting it come to him, but this past playoff was a perfect example of him giving his all and it still not enough because his surrounding cast

THAT INFLATED 28 MEANT WHAT?
ANOTHER 1ST RD EXIT IN 5 GMS?

WE ALL KNOW RUSS WAS THE
NUMBER 1 OPTION ON THAT TEAM.

PG AVERAGED 17.4 & 21.7 PTS
ON THOSE ECF PACER TEAMS.

KLAY HAS HIGHER SEASONS
AS THE 2ND & 3RD OPTION.

I think he should stay on a small market team. He just doesn’t feel like a big market guy to me

Streaky shooter, even streaker ball handler. Lost a ton of athleticism after his Olympic injury. But still has rare size and skill level even if it’s streaky. Hard to find players his size with a decent handle and a decent jumper. Also has pretty good passing skills. Hampered by low basketball IQ and a too cool for school mentality. Doesn’t have a clutch bone in his body

THIS ISNT TRUE AT ALL.

HES LITERALLY AN IMPROVED VERSION
OF THE PLAYER HE WAS
BEFORE THE INJURY.

P.G. County

ONCE AGAIN.
HES KLAY THOMPSON
WITH A BETTER HANDLE
BUT WORSE JUMP SHOT.

I dont get this comparison at all. PG gets his off the dribble consistently ( not just talking handle, I mean driving). Hes also a 3 level scorer. He collects points through contact and draws fouls. Ive seen him operate out of the mid post quite a bit as well. Hes closer to a 80% T-Mac than Klay to me.

HES ALWAYS BEEN
VERY MEDIOCRE AT GETTING
TO THE RIM.

HES NOT A TRUE 3 LEVEL SCORER.

1000 OF HIS 1327 ATTEMPTS
WERE JUMP SHOTS THIS SEASON.

GETTING HIS OFF THE DRIBBLE
IS PURELY BECAUSE OF THE HANDLE.

Idk man. I think he lost a lot of his vertical explosion after that injury. There was a thread back in the day talking about it on here. I think he’s more skilled now but I haven’t seen that Indiana burst from him

SINCE HIS INDY DAYS IN THIS THREAD.

HES ALWAYS BEEN A GUY
WHO WAS EXPLOSIVE WHEN
HES HAD A LAUNCH PAD.
OUTSIDE OF THAT HIS DRIVES
