Can you do conditional pick trades when it pertains to a player resigning? Like Team A trades the pacers a current first, 2019 first, and a 2021 first conditional on whether pg resigns with them

I don't think Payne is very good, but somebody may still have hope for him, especially a team like the Pacers who don't have a starting PG right now (Teague is a FA).
I wouldn't want to give up too much for Paul if I'm not a close to being a contender. The Bulls are good with drafting late, I think if they can get Justin Jackson or Donovan Mitchel they're in a good spot.
