They contacted the Cavs.
If I'm Magic I'm offering #2,Clarkson,Nick Young and Ennis for PG and 18.
Can't let Cleveland get their hands on him because it's a good chance he'd stay there. They don't touch their young core so they have assets for a future BIG move. They don't own their pick next year anyway
If it's a rental then it has to be for Tristian Thompson for it to make sense.
Kardashian, Korver and a Pick?
You don't throw Love away for a single season.
Rebounds take a big hit unless you are convinced TT is going to pick up the slack against the warriors next finals?Shumpert + Love for Young and PG
That's what I'd do if I were them.

Nah. Indy taking best offer and best believe some shyt team will try their hand.Magic needs to make this move now, we did the same with Boogie and look what happened. Why would PG say no to lebron and a free trip to finals for the next 4 years? Offer Clarkson, Randle and 28th

Bron averaged a triple double in the finals...Rebounds take a big hit unless you are convinced TT is going to pick up the slack against the warriors next finals?
I don't think Payne is very good, but somebody may still have hope for him, especially a team like the Pacers who don't have a starting PG right now (Teague is a FA).
I wouldn't want to give up too much for Paul if I'm not a close to being a contender. The Bulls are good with drafting late, I think if they can get Justin Jackson or Donovan Mitchel they're in a good spot.

Only reason I put pick 2 in it because I can foresee a team like the Kings (because of Vivek) doing some wild shyt like moving 10 to Indy and taking Love in a three way with Cleveland . Then you might have Boston sitting there with all of their picks they can offer..If I'm Magic I'm not risking potential fukkery.I wouldn't offer the second pick, if I were the Lakers the most I'd do is Clarkson & Randle, mainly because I don't think they're sold on Randle in the long term and Larry Nance's weaknesses aren't as bad if he's playing next to George.
I do agree with you they can't let the Cavs get him though.
NO THEY DONT.

Once they lose to GS or SA in 5, he headed to LA. PG wants to be a Laker and be a star in LA. Playing in Portland or Cleveland won't change that, plus I doubt he trying to play 2nd fiddle in Bron BallThe Blazers could definitely get in on the trade, they have 3 first rounders and a lot of garbage wings, this is their best chance to improve the SF spot, they could take the chance and hope Dame and CJ could change his mind.
MaybeThe Cavs got outrebounded by the Warriors as is, they can't beat the Warriors playing TT & Love.
Trading for PG is all about going after the Warriors, and there's no way the Pacers would take back TT for PG. The best offer would be for Love, he's a PF that could play with Turner, under contract for a few more years, is young enough that the trade wouldn't look awful and he's white which would go over well in Indy.
