So allegedly, Paul was telling an ESPN co worker(female) to come make some money on the IG live.:mjlit:

Which had more to do with him getting fired.

No disrespect, but a lot of y’all obviously don’t work in or know anything about business or the corporate world if you don’t know as a employee you are hired with the understanding that you represent the company on and off hours. If your private life is made public, as a private organization they have the right to fire you. It’s in your employment contract. Of course double standards exist and maybe he wouldn’t have gotten fired if he was white. But this is literally all types of fukkery that would get you fired from any job. You can smoke weed throw parties with strippers take shots and wear piru shirts in the privacy of your own home. But not in front of the whole world who all know you work for that organization
And it’s funny cause when local news people get arrested for DUI or whatever people be doing all they can to get them fired. Folks love “sticking it to the news” I see it almost daily.. been doing it for 20 years. If Paul has that party with no cameras recording he’d be ok. I’m guessing his days were numbered and he knew it so he said fukk it.

I think it's a set up:umad: they always put out half truths/ half information get you invested. Then flip it on you something inappropriate behind the scenes something egregious:beli:

All under the same umbrella company, but different outlets. What's considered acceptable at Vice wouldn't be at ABC and ESPN.
we just saw Cardi and Meg clapping their cheeks on primetime on the grammies on CBS of all stations. But Paul Pierce getting fired for having strippers on his IG? :usure:

Neither Cardi nor Meg work for CBS, while Paul Pierce was an employee of ESPN and ABC. The fact that people don’t understand the difference is mindboggling.

Don't try to use the standards argument when we've blown past that. Stripper culture was featured and awarded on primetime on CBS, but dudes can get fired for having stripper on their IG lives that a few thousand people maybe saw. LMAO

aight fam. :mjlol:

Nikka it’s the standard argument but the truth.

How can you get fired from a company that you don’t even work for?

He was essentially a Disney employee and they are known for having code of conduct clauses in their contracts. His stunt more than likely broke that. What does the above have to do with any of this?

It should also be noted that CBS and Viacom are essentially under the same umbrella after the merger. Even then, it still has no validity as Meg nor Cardi even work for those companies.
