He didn’t do anything wrong
Prob broke an ethics code by posting the vid . More than likely they were already tryna get him out the paint . Perfect excuse .

I know around election time my job sent emails about posting political opinions online. Basically can’t do anything to make the public believe your values reflect the company

Thankfully they never found my Coli account :whew:

For all the high brow capitalism shyt that’s talked on here... this quote is a testament to the opposite.... How could you let a motherfukka that dont love you(or borderline hate you) dictate what you do off the clock when you’re not obligated contractually to work for him/her..... sounds like high key servitude to me.....
:mjlol: get your money, get out, do you as soon as you can.

if you find a better way dope but the game is largely the game despite all the platitudes.

"dictate what you do off the clock" mann..... people can lose their fukking academic scholarships for not presenting an image in-line with beliefs/values associated with their institution. shyt, if a company isn't overly concerned with what their employees are doing that could possibly damage their intended image then they not even serious imo. disney don't want their talking heads livestreaming with drinks and asses shaking in the back. legality got nothing to do with it. its way easier to say an employee is 'getting help with an addiction/family problem' for some speeding or DUI arrest in the middle of nowhere than figuring out how to talk around one of their media guys going against the grain whenever he feels like it.

:gucci: how was he unprofessional?

She blew that shyt way out of proportion

I didn't say he was unprofessional, that's not my point.

My point is you should act in a professional manner with women all the time, no jokes, silly games, or flirting. If you act professional at all times you don't have to worry about consequences. To men it might seem fine what Lamar said, because we stay roasting each other,, but women don't think like that, you can't play around them like that

:comeon:He works for Disney . Of course they were going to fire him given he is a married man with a family on video smoking weed and taking shots with strippers twerking behind him and on the floor and calling women out to come make some bread :russ: I don’t have a issue with it :hubie: But he works for Disney. I would be shocked if he didn’t get fired

Don't know about yall but pretty much every employment contract has a section for social media. While employed on and off duty if the brand can damaged by your actions you can definitely get fired.
