Dirk ain't top 3 as a PF. A guy who couldn't grab rebounds and was ass on defense, c'mon bruh. Timmy, KG, Malone, Barkley > Dirk. If it wasn't for Tyson Chandler getting him that ring in 2011 by being able to protect the rim and grab boards you could reasonably argue Dirk out the top 5 because of his lack of rebounding and defense.
