That first series in 2011 was pretty close despite it ending in 5. Not saying Rip Hamilton was the answer the following year, but his 12ppg was a clear upgrade over Keith Bogans who only averaged like 4ppg. Also, aside from Miami’s big 3, that team was pretty thin.
