Field sobriety tests are evidence. If they suspect that you're drunk while driving they're still gonna haul you to jail

Don't drink and drive. If they arrest you just shut up and go to jail and fight it in court.

Even if you haven’t drank a single drop of alcohol, refuse to do a sobriety test and request for a breathalyzer.

Sobriety test comes down to the officer’s discretion even if you are completely sober.
