Yes it is. I know this from personal experience. I got extended family members that have are married to crakkkas.
My uncle had kids with a white woman and even though they got divorced early on and she raised the kids, they were still pretty cool mixed brehs who were black conscious. That's cause they knew their father was black and grew up with a black centered world-view eventhough they mainly were raised by the white mother. I also got a female cousin who married a crakkka and eventhough they kids are still young, I know they'll be c00ns because she's a c00n. bytch has distanced herself from the black part of the family. Its almost like she's ashamed. And the crakkka basically has total control over her.
This is how it goes. The man is the one who dominates the marriage and the one who the kids/wife will follow. If the father is black, even if he isn't present, his presence will always be there and the kids will grow up following his image. However, if the father is white, its basically a lock you're basically raising future c00ns and bedwenches that will be working to subvert black interests.

How many relatives you got married to white folks? I got personal experience with this shyt. I got a uncle with 2 mixed kids. Eventhough they were raised by their white mom cause they divorced, the kids were still cool and connected with the rest of our family. They identified as black and were proud of their father eventhough him and their moms didn't get along. Kids naturally gravitate toward the father to set their identity.
Compare that to my female cousin who married a cac and has distanced herself from her family. She rarely ever comes to any get togethers. She under the control of this cac and eventhough the kids are super young, I'm 100% sure they're gonna be some self-hating c00ns who only identify with their white father rather than the black mother.
