Women are just, generally, more subtle then men. Not to sound like an incel, but women are arguably more duplicitous then men if we are being honest. Might be the testosterone we have.
That goes for white women and their racism as well.

White men currently control the resources and have the most power in the world right now. And that's why white women rely on them for their survival. If black men ruled like we did in the past, white women wouldn't be racist. They would be all over us like they do right now with black athletes and entertainers that have money and power.
As you stated white women are driven by resources. That is why they're racist. White men on the other hand are racist because they feel insecure and inferior compared to the black man when it comes to masculinity. You can try to deny this but we all know its the truth. "Penis envy" is a very real thing with white men. And its the main cause of their racism. White women don't have this issue and thus are not naturally inclined to be racist.
