How did you come to that conclusion when the very video I posted pretty much disproved the notion that you have to upgrade every year to play the latest games?that's cool but I want to be able to play every game that comes out for the next three years or so without having to spend another 50 to 80 bucks on some random shyt.

The hardware in that watchdogs video is several years OLDER than PS4/XB1 and yet it not only plays the game, it plays them better than the PS4 and XB1.
There's some misconception going around that a current gen console plays every game that comes out for it at an equivalent max settings to that of any computer.
Watchdogs "max" settings can vary from computer to computer. My "max" settings may be playing at 1080P, 1440P, 4K or higher while someone else may run it at "max" settings at 1080P/30fps or 60fps which is still better than what the consoles run it at.

You don't have to tweak any settings or worry about games being optimized for your setup. Now with the PS4 the graphical difference is not that big between console and PC. Plus your guaranteed all sports titles gaming on a console. PC may have its advantages but so do consoles....it's just up to you what's more important. Every PC will not be able to run NBA 2K15 and GTA V, but every PS4 will

Any PC built with the idea of gaming being it's main function will be able to play those games. Not every PC is built/meant for gaming though.

Not necessarily there tends to be troubleshooting needed on alotta titles no matter how good your rig is. Consoles are masters of optimization which is a benefit you PC guys like to overlook when discussing our benefits as console owners. Watch Dogs is a perfect example of this. Yes it's not perfect on consoles but at least we can get the shyt to boot up when we wanna play it

In the console world supposedly that's "next gen" because last gen was 720p and sometimes not even that upscaled and 30FPS. The PC world has moved on to 1440p and 4K. 1080p 60FPS is old news.
