His stats were so outrageous.

In 99’, he had 313 strikeouts and 37 walks. Then 284 to 32 the next season.

His ERA in 00’ was 1.74 and Clemens was 2nd best in the AL at 3.70. Just look at how far ahead he was of the competition in 99-00.

a couple of pitchers won mvp before Verlander.......Koufax, Gibson, Denny McLain, Vida Blue, Clemens, than Eckersley

but Pedro should of won it in 99 and 2000

god damn not my nikka pedro. i was like who is this 2nd guy ... started racking my brain thinking this must be some old DR pitching legend talking about how incredible that is cause pedro ain't old like that, is that juan marichal ... and then i realize it's fukkin pedro.
