Idk the bread went on top of the eggs. Is that part cooked or is the inside runny?

It is that's why the pan was so big. If you spread egg thin it cooks faster. Same theory as an omlet. The bread may not be toasted on the inside but the egg is done

My mom likes well done steak, and it’s an abomination. She’ll look at my medium steak and go,

I don’t begrudge anyone’s taste in food. The problem is that most restaurants don’t know how to cook a steak well or even medium well done. Even a well done steak can still be juicy but it has to be cooked over lower heat for longer time. Most places see well done and throw it right over the hottest part of the grill. End up with a dry ass steak bc the juices are all gone. Smh at paying all that money. Could’ve just ordered a burger
