I feel you but if I miss a meal after my shot it could be catastrophic... I gotta stay on my regiment the same way my doctor told me too. I am eating healthier at times, fish, lots of salads trimmed down on white breads... I also make sure to occasionally eat a candy bar tho in case I need it...

Some of that egg is definitely uncooked unless that pan is super hot. A small part of mine is uncooked and my stove was hard to stand around because of thr heat. My beard is covered in egg so this shyt aint worth it
