Repost.I'm not gonna sit here and say Monty is a great coach or anything, but that was a deeply flawed and injury riddled roster that he took to the playoffs. When AD missed that stretch of games in the middle of the season that everybody thought would sink them, they went 5-1.
We've gone over this time and again what a poor job Demps has done with the roster, but look at the games missed this year too:
AD - missed 14 games
Eric Gordon - missed 21 games
Holiday - missed 42 games
Ryan Anderson - missed 21 games
Tyreke Evans was the measure of consistency on this teamand then he was hurt in the playoffs. They played GS really tough through three games in their series and blew game 3, but that's what young teams do.
Also, I think Orlando is a better situation than New Orleans. Much deeper roster in my opinion, plus they play in the east. That's the job I would be angling for if I was Thibs or any other coach out there.
i guess monty williams would have them 2-0 on the back to back of @ the warriors and blazers?![]()
back to back road games, and portland always a tough venue.the fukk, are you pretending like the blazers are still the same team as last year? they're meant to be one of the worst teams in the league this year and they just balled the fukk out against the pelicans.![]()
lol @ starting the season with a back to back though
it was last year tooYa'll realize half our rotation is injured, right?
The exact opposite. Gentry sucks at defense and head coaching in general imo. Hopefully they turn it around but it's ugly down in the bayou right now.43 first quarter points to the damn Blazers? isn't this team supposed to be hanging their hat on good defense with Gentry at the helm?
2 games....2 games.it was last year too![]()
You know we getting that John Cena push in the league when other fans are glad we struggling![]()
