You guys are right. Monty was secretly the best coach in the L last year.
I don't know about all that but they really believed in that dude, especially when it looked like everybody was getting fukked up one by one last season.
I actually agree with this. Monty galvanized last year's squad. I'd say the change was still necessary. They got as far as a Monty-led team was gonna take em.
I thought it was a good hire for offensive reasons, but he didn't improve Davis at all offensively and no one is really excelling either(Gordon is having a nice year I guess).
This is some sad shyt. I know Tyreke is out and Jrue is still recovering, but Monty was able to win games without fukking Davis last year and Gentry can't do shyt this year.

I'm all about black excellence like most of y'all are...but guys like Alvin Gentry and Byron Scott should not be coaching in the league.
I liked Monty Williams as a coach and he from D.C., wouldn't mind him on the Lakers. 
This what happens when a franchise puts the cart before the horse...wanna hire a name brand over a steady coach...
