I got the sense him and Dell never were on the same page.

Look at the type of players Dell bought in as opposed to the system Monty ran...it never made sense.

On the real Dell might have been setting Monte up. But Monte overachieved. I have seen shyt like this happen before in sports.

The way Tyreke Evans would dribble the air out of the offense in late game situations used to drive me crazy.....it was as if Monty and Tyreke didn't realize Anthony Davis was on the team.
