Not talking about his scheme. Who critiques his x’s and o’s? His problem is not letting his young players accentuate what they got drafted for while they improve in other areas. I wasnt a fan of how he never cared to develop his young players and how quick he’ll bench them after a mistake. It creates confidence issues. Dinwiddie speaks on it when he talks about when he was a Piston.

Maybe it will be different because the core are mostly young guys and he’ll have to adjust his patience levels.

His voice gets tuned out quick and it’ll be good for some and mostly tough for others.
