All 3 teams wanted coaches who could run the golden state warriors offense, but they don't have the pieces to do so..

U have the pelicans who get alvin gentry cause he sat on the warriors bench and thought he was going to get the same results when monty game plan was working well

U have Houston management listening to 2 players who can't even play together to get rid of McHale and probably end up with a worst coach this off season and basically will be rebuilding with Dwight leaving

its natural not every organization is good. To achieve greatness you need to have your whole crew wanting that, not just a few players. They probably sign some friends and other bullshyt, do the half assed job, make a few random trades to show that front office is "working on it" and then cash them checks. Plain incompetence. And funniest shyt is them wanting to implement other teams successful offense thinking those trashy selfish players are going to do that job for you

That roster is far from trash..Alot of injuries but alot of guys didnt play well....Mirotic had a decent rookie year dont look like he took that next step...

Bulls roster have some decent talent up top but the depth is trash and the gm we like to call beaker loves to sit on mediocrity

They elected to copy off the Warriors paper, when the move should have been keep the grit and grind but add better offensive players. The issue was in the playoffs outside of jimmy and rose, everyone else disappeared. We needed a major upgrade in role players. They continue to load the team with last 1st rd picks that always seem to need development and vet min players who got 1 foot out the league. They never got the job done.

We need a lot done in the off season, with a front office that don't get shyt done, and who rep is mud around the league. So we are in a bad place.
