This type of science/monitoring doesn't sit right with me. It strikes me as perverted and totally salacious. It's something I'd expect to see in some Japanese anime.
I'd rather spend an extra 15 years in prison than go through all that shyt just for a shorter sentence.

3.can’t drink alcohol for the rest of his life, or go to bars or liquor stores.
