The main point of contention for a lot of these alt-right dudes is their lack own shortcomings with regards to taking advantage of white supremacy. Much of it has to do with them not getting the women they feel they deserve. Look at that Elliot Rodger dude that did the terror attack at Isla Vista:

Just because you do not commit a crime does not mean your employer doesn't have the right to punish you.

As a lawyer, I cringe when I see people mentioning this freedom of speech shyt in this context. Freedom of Speech is saying the government cannot restrict speech unless the speech is unprotected like inciting violence. An at will private employer can fire/suspend/demote/etc. you for what you say whenever they feel like it, and it does not violate the First Amendment.
